Job Description

Play a critical role in finding, on-boarding and building the best company to work for in all of Asia.   • Oversees the full spectrum of human resources functions.
  • Establishes a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Works with leadership to create performance management standards.
  • Reinforces employee communications, cultivate corporate culture & values and enhance employee engagements in the workplace.
  • Supervises general office administrations for smooth and effective operations.
  • Coaches and trains team members.
  • Selects and implements web-based HRIS system to manage HR functions.
  • Assists in daily administrative tasks of the company.
  • Participates in any ad hoc projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 2 to 5 years of solid working experience in HR
  • Good project management skills, strong numerical sense, strong responsibility and sense of time
  • Experience working for a high growth company, preferably in the high tech or startup space
  • Knowledge of cutting edge web-based HRIS tools
  • Tactful, mature, able to work under pressure and a tight deadline
  • Immediate available is preferred
