Job Description
Play a critical role in finding, on-boarding and building the best company to work for in all of Asia. You will touch and influence all levels of the company as you represent Lalamove to candidates and employees. - Oversees the full spectrum of human resources functions.
- Establishes a world-class onboarding experience.
- Works with leadership to create performance management standards.
- Reinforces employee communications, cultivate corporate culture & values and enhance employee engagements in the workplace.
- Supervises general office administrations for smooth and effective operations.
- Coaches and trains team members.
- Selects and implements web-based HRIS system to manage HR functions.
- Assists in daily administrative tasks of the company.
- Participates in any ad hoc projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of solid working experience in HR
- Good project management skills, strong numerical sense, strong responsibility and sense of time
- Experience working for a high growth company, preferably in the high tech or startup space
- Knowledge of cutting edge web-based HRIS tools
- Tactful, mature, able to work under pressure and a tight deadline
- Immediate available is preferred
