Job Description
- Provide general support to HR team with a focus on payroll
- Ensure all employees have accurately clocked in/out
- Review attendance issues and inform the management who are in violation of the attendance policy
- Respond to employees' inquiries related to payroll
- Understand proper taxation of employee benefits
- Manage and update payroll system
- Maintain and document all payroll records
- Reconcile disputes
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Knowledgeable of payroll best practices
- Experience in handling Payroll Hero system is a plus
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work professionally
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City
