Job Description

  • Maintains organization staff by establishing hiring program; counseling managers on candidate selection; also conducting and analyzing exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination; and recommending changes.
  • Develop implement, and monitor overall HR strategies and initiatives, systems, management and procedures across the organization and aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, build classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records; compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practice
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain pay plan (wages/salary) by recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure management ; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; conducting periodic pay surveys
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management base on company budget; directing the processing of benefit claims; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Assess training needs; establishing and conducting orientation and training programs; apply and monitor training programs and prepares employees for assignments. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through reporting system
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government law requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintain human resource staff hiring, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology / Management (Human Resources) from reputable university
  • Have at least 2 years experience as Human Resource Manager
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team proven by working experience as HR manager
  • Meticulous and detail oriented along with process oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Possess strong leadership and management skill as well as good communication skill.
  • Technically competence by having deep understanding about Human Resources Management, Man Power Planning & Hiring, Performance Evaluation & Talent Management, Training & Personnel Development, Organization Structure & Development, Compensation Benefit Structure & Administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices. Having ability to analyse, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment
  • Ability to architect human resource strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • Have good interpersonal skill, competence to build and people oriented effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
