Job Description
Kumu is looking for a Senior iOS Developer to lead the growing mobile app development team. The team needs an experienced leader who is confident in bringing industry best practices along with a trusted tool kit full of app launch experiences and app architecture do’s and don’ts.
As Senior iOS Developer, you will be responsible for the overall stability and scalability of the app, along with developing the skill sets for the current iOS dev team. The team will be relying on your practical guidance to assess feasibility of features. You will also be the number one go-to guy for troubleshooting platform-specific issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years iOS developer experience
- Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Has experience leading or advising technical teams
- Experienced with code review sessions
- Highly proficient with iOS framework
- Knowledgeable on software development life cycle
- Expert working knowledge of Objective C and Swift
- Has very meticulous coding skills
- Demonstrated expertise with Apple's iOS SDKs (Cocoa, UIKit, etc.)
- Experienced with third-party libraries and APIs
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills
- Has a working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Experience in app memory management, multithreading, networking & Security, a HUGE plus
