Handle HR Development such as Recruitment, Training, Organizational Development and Talent Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1, semua jurusan atau yang berhubungan dengan dunia HRD
- Memahami proses bisnis dan ketenaga kerjaan perusahaan skala menengah ke besar
- Tertarik di bidang Recruitment.
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Performance Management System, Balance Scorecard, Talent Management, Organizational Development
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan konseptual yang baik
- Aktif berbahasa Inggris/asing lain lebih disukai
