* Recruit and develop influencer/KOL partner relationship(s) to build the brand and the business.
* Champion and manage projects to create stronger partner connection.
* Independently managing the negotiation process from exploration, discussion, execution, and launch.
* Analyze and report on partner initiatives and report on key metrics.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experienced working as a Partnership Management, Account Executive, or related field
* Self-starter and creative problem-solver with demonstrated ability to work independently
* Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to develop relationships, and strengthen existing partner channels
* High energy with an infectious positive can-do attitude
* Past experience working in a travel agency is a strong plus
* Be creative and think out of the box
