Job Description
The candidate is responsible for obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information, benefit programs and avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. He/She will maintain human resources records, including applications, resumes, and applicant logs. Also, verify a job candidate’s background by contacting references.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Must fluent in Mandarin
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
