Job Description
The intern will support the IT team by doing the following tasks:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues.
- Investigate and diagnose network and system problems.
- Assist employees with installation of necessary software applications.
- Computer inventory. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
- Reasearch hosting options and report pricing and system options to supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other related programs
- Motivated and trainable;
- Good communication (both written and oral)
- with sense of responsibility and initiative
