Job Description
- Handles all client inquiries through the following channels: Email, Phone (trunkline), Mobile Phones/Text/Viber/WhatsApp, Skype, Walk-ins
- Provide the right information regarding our services, including the services of our affiliate companies, sister companies and how we can assist potential clients
- Provide information to consultants/lawyers regarding the service needs by leads by collecting and analyzing given information/data.
- Answer leads’ inquiries within 24 hours-48 hours (except on weekends or public holidays)
- Refer inquiries to the right consultant (or business partner/3rd party)
- Identify key potential clients or HOT LEADS
- Ensure consultants/lawyers answer those forwarded inquiries in 24-48 hours from date of endorsement (unless data of lead is incomplete)
- Set-up meetings or calls between leads and K&C consultants/lawyers.
- Follow up status of forwarded inquiries to K&C, affiliate firms, sister companies to the right consultants as per inquiries’ protocol.
- Ensure all incoming inquiries are properly encoded and updated.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Management or Business Management or any related course.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of related work experience in a sales/business or corporate setup but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- with professional demeanor, flexibility,excellent verbal communication skills; detail oriented, time management and organizing skills
- Proficient in Google docs, sheets, slides, calendar and the like
- Can start asap
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
