Digital Marketing Specialist  

This position will develop, execute and track Marketing Campaigns through digital channels (SMS, email. digital press) based on the customer journey to improve persistency and ensures all marketing materials of the department are legally compliant and follow the company's branding guidelines.

• Does competitive/industry analysis to ensure that the department is aware of what others are doing in terms of related products, websites and marketing campaigns/strategies
• Measure and report performance of all Marketing campaigns as well as asses them against goals
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Help the team in answering client inquiries received through the different non voice channels.
• Track customer preferences, behavior and feedback to constantly improve content channels and to achieve targeted online metrics and provide relevant recommendations

Research developments and trends on competitor sites, social networks and identify valuable features and content in order to enhance the online channel content and customer experience

• Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
• Degree in Mass Comm/Marketing/Business or related qualifications
• Must have at least 1 - 2 years work related experience
• Self - motivated and positive
• Computer literate
• Good communications skills (Oral and Written)
• Willing to be assigned at Quezon City
