The primary directive of the Company Day Care Associate is to assist and support work-from-home parents with caring for their children during the work day.
Note that the Day Care Associate will only be assigned a maximum of two children at a time.
This directive invariably involves and includes the following duties:
- Schooling and education: supporting the child in successfully completing Zoom classes
- Care, meals, physical fitness: assist hospitality staff in preparing meals and ensuring that the children are properly cared for
- Recreation and artistic exercises: this includes COVID-safe walking, swimming, and other recreation activities; also includes artistic activities such as creative writing and painting
The Day Care Associate will also be required to complete progress reports for the parents that summarizes the children's performance, interests, developments, as well as challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicant is going to need considerable experience with educating children ages 5 to 10
- Applicant will be required to report to Makati City in Metro Manila
- All candidates are required to undergo health security clearance procedures and testing, including COVID testing
- Successful past candidates have included those with expertise in child psychology and childhood education
