Marketing Communications Officer  

The successful candidate will be working under Save Palawan Seas Foundation, a non-profit organization of Jewelmer Joaillerie. The Communications Officer ensure that communications requirements of the foundation are effectively and efficiently served. He/ She is responsible in developing the communications plan for providing the information needed in a proper and timely manner. He/ She is also responsible in monitoring and documenting project related feedbacks and will directly report under the Foundation Manager.

The succesful candidate will be also expected to perform the following tasks.

• Creation and implementation of strategic, multi-faceted communications plan design to build the positive reputation of the Foundation.
• Manages and creates content for the digital assets of the foundation's visibilty and engagement
• Develop marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with audiences that will help to advance our work
• Guard the foundation and programs' message houses, brand and FAQs
• Designs and creates marketing collaterals
• Monitor coverage of all program updates, internally and externally
• Coordinates and works closely with Marketing Team and Project Coordinators for planning and implementation of communications plans.

• At least a Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or any related field
• Enthusiastic about foundation work; Experience in non-profit organizations would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Filipino
• Has basic skills in design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), photography and video editing
• Strong organozational Skills and should be detail-oriended
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to work with a diverse group or co-workers and stakeholders
