Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
This position will contribute to the design and development of high quality Web sites and Web-based solutions
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and with other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
- Programs the computer by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering coded information into the computer.
- Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
- Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation.
- Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 yrs experience
- BS in computer sciences or related field.
- with Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, LAMP and/or MEAN architectures,
- HTML,CSS, JavaScript experience
- Or a Master's Degree in lieu of experience
- With codeigniter experience
- With JQuery experience
- With HRIS experience
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail
- Experienced in Microsoft Office or comparable productivity suite
