Job Description
- Assist the Group Head in planning and implementing strategies to deliver good results.
- Create reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
- Attend meetings related to the department and issues with connection to the job of the department.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
- Communicate with other departments for concerns and issues encountered during performing of the job.
- Handle complaints from external customers (Merchant/Payment Channel).
- Make sure that all staff adhere to company’s policy and guidelines.
- Facilitate and prepare the request for system enhancement.
- Authorized account holder for the vault combination and bank facility for payment file.
- Analyze system behavior and recommend possible system enhancement.
- Monitor overall staff productivity and recommend for promotion.
- Support for Collector payment inputs and other payment inputs and settlement to merchants.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accountancy or equivalent.
- Must have 2 year experience as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Accounts Payable.
- Knowledgeable in Payment Settlements (Merchant/Payment Channel)
- With strong experience in negotiations, documentations, business presentation.
- With Excellent communication skills
