Job Description
As a Systems Integration Engineer, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with the Enterprise Architecture Team to help different departments within Kalibrr achieve harmony by optimizing processes through technology. You will be responsible for evaluating, implementing and maintaining software tools that will cater to respective teams’ needs, while also keeping the company’s growing suite of tools fully coordinated.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Gather requirements for new initiatives and projects in relation to software tools for business operations
- Build upon requirements to evaluate, install/implement, manage and maintain automation tools and applications
- Respond to, make decisions for, and resolve business requests
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support the business on managed tools
- Work with vendors to resolve issues as required
- Overall system administration and configuration
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of business processes
- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of business processes
- Provide system administration, configuration, maintenance and integration to other systems.
- Perform other duties as appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
As you’ll be working together with a lot of people, communication skills & other soft skills are as important as your technical abilities:
- Experience in Systems Administration, Enterprise Technology Architecture or other systems/IT related roles
- Experience working with scripting and or compiled languages
- Experience with REST and RESTful APIs
- Enjoys automating daily tasks and solving complex problems or workflows
- Ability to create system and process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, inter and intra system dependencies
- Ability to assess and mitigate the impact of change management initiatives to business performance
