Job Description
- Undertake pre-sales activities pertaining to Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Be the subject matter expert in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence solutionsICT domain. Perform regular weekly one-on-one or small group client presentations on ICT solutions we carry.
- Design end-to-end ICT solutions using various ICT products in solving client’s business needs and pains and achieving customer’s strategic objectives.
- Develop Technical Proposals in Microsoft Word from scratch.
- Develop ICT Solution Presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint from scratch.
- Conduct and perform Proof-of-Concepts and Demos to clients.
- Respond to Tender RFI / RFP / RFQs, thoroughly go through each Statement of Compliance and preparation of other relevant Tender documentations needed for tender submission.
- Able to build relationship with clients to understand their strategic objectives, business drivers, pain points and needs and provide consultancy using ICT solutions to help resolve client’s issues, with or without the help of sales or account managers.
- Able to work in solo environment in getting customer, vendor, distributor and partner’s support in generating Bill-of-Materials, Statement-of-Compliances, Technical Proposals, Presentations and Pricing as needed to win the deal.
Minimum Qualifications
- Tertiary Education in Data Communications, Computer/IT Networks Engineering or relevant background.
- Professional Certifications in relevant product or solution domains mentioned above will be advantageous.
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, initiative, commitment and excellent in customer service.
- Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
- Hardworking, fast learning team player needed.
- Possess minimum of 3 years of Presales, ICT Technical Solutioning or Technical Engineering background.
- Must be able to travel occasionally for work purposes (up to 1 or 2 times month).
