Job Description
- Prepares Cash Flow Projections Report
- Ensures trade & non-trade, as well as intercompany collectibles are promptly billed & collected; monitors collections & deposits of sales to the designated bank accounts.
- Schedule payments to suppliers, loan amortizations & other disbursements according to credit terms & amortization schedule & plan funds availability to cover the payments.
- Negotiations with banks, insurance providers & other related institutions.
- Monitors checks availability, safekeeping & check sequence monitoring; takes charge of opening or closing of bank accounts and application of corporate credit cards; facilitates dollar bookings & telegraphic transfers to suppliers.
- Facilitates on-line access to bank accounts for identified personnel; facilitates loan applications, submission of requirements, follow-up approvals & take charge of post-approval compliance; approve government compliance: facilitates submission & processing of requirements (e.g. Business Permits, Income Tax Filing, & other BIR requirements).
- Facilitates on-line funds transfers for payroll & BIR & other on-line government payments; ensures full coverages of insurance - vehicles, biological assets, company facilities & other non-biological assets (as applicable) for new applications & renewals.
- Facilitates insurance claims - submission of requirements & follow up of claims approval; update NAV of non-check payments/disbursements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Management Accounting or Accountancy, preferably CPA, but not required.
- 3 years of experience in accounting field.
- Proficient with the use of MSExcel.
- Good analytical skills.
- Can render extended working hours when needed.
