- Maintains and enters purchase requisitions and new vendors into the purchasing data system.
- Prepares and issues multiple open purchase orders at the beginning of each year.
- Secure proper signatures according to the signature authority procedure prior to sending completed purchase orders to vendors.
- Associates Degree or equivalent job experience
- Educational Billing Experience a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software and in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong negotiating skills (collection exp.)
