Job Description
- Assists and supports the Permits and Licenses Supervisor in ensuring that permits and other requirements are properly complied with.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of documents attached before processing.
- Tracks and follows up the status and progress of permits acquisition activities from application, evalutiaon, inssuance, renewal, etc.
- Follows up with government agencies, offices and LGU's as to the status of permits for their timely grant or issuance.
- Maintain all necessary records and update it on the data base.
- Provide optimal level of customer services in coordination with public and members and for all licensing activities.
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a College/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least two (2) years work experience in similar work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail Oriented
- Self Starter
