Job Description
- Asssits the General Manager in all office matters including pre final interviews with job applicants prior to final interview with the GM.
- Coordinates with each department pertaining to periodic reports, meetings, and contractors billings.
- Ensures that all the documents forwarded to the office of the GM have been properly checked and verified.
- Issues and approves travel reports.
- Prepares office memorandum as directed by the GM of the Finance Manager and facilitates distribution of the same after it is duly signed by the GM.
- Manages appointments of the GM.
- Reminds all concerned employees of their deadline on periodic reports to the GM and collects the same on or before due date.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course preferably Management Accounting or Accountancy.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Female, with pleasing personality , not more than 30 years old.
- Knowledgeable in making reports, memorandum etc.
- Excellent people skills, a team player, attentive to details and has positive work attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable of MS Word & Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
