- Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow Animators to maintain an efficient and successful production process.
- Produce good quality work - using well planned thought process in 3D animation project.
- Manage work quotas and deliver assigned work responsibilities based on workflow and scheduleTrain, mentor or supervise the work of entry animator.
Minimum Qualifications
- Understand 3D Anamorphic Ilusion.
- High competency with 3D software such as Blender / 3Dsmax.
- Excellent understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, scale and environment.
- Exceptional creativitiy, innovate design skills and keen to attention to detail.
- 3+ years experience (profesional) with design software, including Blender, Adobe, 3D Studio Max, etc.
- Proven experience with 3D design, with a strong portofolio of work.
- Interested on doing research and experiment on relevant technologies and best practice to support the 3D modelling pipeline.
- Team-Player who can also work independently.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a 3D animation showreel.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility when handling multiple projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
