Job Description
- Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other agencies and groups, Assessors' Office, Treasurer's Office, HLURB, Municipal Offices, etc.
- Ensures complete documentation
- Ensures smooth and efficient department operations
- Handles payment remittances and submission of necessary documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-years of work experience in real estate companies performing liaison work with various government agencies (RD, BIR, Assessors, Municipal Offices, Treasurer's Office, etc)
- Must be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service
- Possesses a dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organization
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be resident of Batangas City or willing to relocate in Sto. Tomas Batangas
- Must know how to use Microsoft Office
