Job Description
- Works directly with ITG supervisors/managers/executives to ensure HR-related practices, policies and procedures are properly implemented
- Coordinates with Group HR the following activities which include but not limited to:
- Internal and External Staffing
- Pre-employment activities
- Orientation of new team members
- Benefit enrolment
- Learning and development
- Discipline/Coaching
- Attendance Monitoring/ Timekeeping
- Respond and investigate team member concerns
- Assists staff in resolving non-routine issues in their respective areas and investigates problems and employee complaints.
- Participates in the development, update or revisions of policies, procedures, systems, and guidelines relating to HR management.
- Ensure company's policy dissemination, administration, implementation and monitor's its compliance
- Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and competency assessment with managers, sourcing of appropriate training programs.
- Facilitates, if applicable, training program based on annual training plan and training request.
- Coordinates with GM-HR in monitoring and review the progress of trainees through Training effectiveness.
- Manages employee relations issued to include: hiring practices, transfers, grievances, progressive discipline, terminations, investigations, etc.
- Facilitates, coordinates and monitor performance review, transfers and promotions through the direction of the Director – Human Capital
- Assists HR Director in job evaluation, job analysis, annual salary increases and other compensation-related matters.
- And other duties that the Director – Human Capital may assign from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the related field.
- Graduate of at least Bachelor's/ College Degree, BS Psychology, Business Studies/ Administration Management, Others or equivalent
- Ability to work well with all levels of organization, staff, service providers
- Required language(s): English, Filipino; Computer Literate
- Knowledge in administration, implementation and processing of government-mandated benefits.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence and self-motivated
