Job Description
Monitoring Supervisor is expected to perform the following:
Operations:
- Communicate in an organized and systematic manner with operators
- Investigate thoroughly to validate operator escalations in terms of suspicion, threat or risk
- Resolve various events based on urgency and customer expectations
- Report events that transpired with accuracy and clarity
Operational Improvement/Excellence:
- Identify improvement areas
- Perform root cause analysis
- Manage an improvement project until fruition
Personnel Management:
- Ensure personnel is performing within the expected standards of monitoring/surveillance
- Identify personnel performance challenges
- Work with personnel to improve/enhance their performance, skillset, and capability
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and position is required for this position
- BPO Team Lead/ Supervisor/ Manager
- Corporate Security Lead/ Manager
- Experience in Security/ Armed Forces/ Protective Services/ Video Surveillance Monitoring or equivalent is an advantage but not required
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Willing to work during evenings, weekends and holidays
