- Primarily responsible for the education of members to ensure proper availment of plan benefits.
- Acts as a specialist in presenting the healthcare benefit program for corporate accounts.
- Conducts orientation on the benefit package.
- Reviews and updates presentation materials for the Account Officers.
- Respond to client/members complaints during orientation sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Business or medical-related course
- Preferably with experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Is neat and professionally presentable
- Willing to work on flexible hours
- Computer literate
- Possesses presentation skills and organization skills
