Job Description
- Support the team leader in the implementation of the Fellows engagement program.
- Organize meetings, socials, and general assemblies such as:
- Breakfast Roundtables
- Wine and Wind Downs
- FICD Roundtables, etc.
- Assist the organization in major external events such as Annual Dinners, Forums, and working sessions.
- Maintain members' database.
- Act as members' main liaison contact for all ICD concerns to Fellows and other members.
- Update Fellows of upcoming events through the ICD's website, email blasts, and personal calls.
- Coordinate with the Fellows Relations Committee regarding membership.
- Monitor the Fellows application processes, requirements, etc.
- Handle other projects and tasks as may be required by the Director for Fellows Relations from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least one year work experience in civic group, social clubs, or other professions high in relationship-building.
- Experience in sales and direct customer service.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Effective interpersonal, planning, and execution skills.
- Basic graphic design abilities.
- Computer literacy.
- Self-motivated.
- Critical thinker.
- Team player.
- Sincere relationship builder.
