Job Description

This role encompasses all functions in Learning Experience Design (LXD) content creation. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the development, rectification, and enhancement of all Inspire Education training materials. You must also have or develop a deep understanding of the principles of learning and instructional design, preferably in an online, adult-learning format.

Minimum Qualifications

What should you possess?

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or any related fields.
1-2 years of experience in instructional design
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Adept research and writing skills across a broad range of industries
Strong time and task management skills

Preferred skills/experience:

1-2 years of teaching experience
Experience in working with Learning Management Systems (e.g Moodle)
Copy Editing Experience

*Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience!
