Job Description
Overview:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for the hiring process and ensure the timely and effective completion of the Client’s resource requirements.
This position includes, but not limited to, writing job descriptions, placing job ads, scheduling interviews and communication with Resourcing Service Delivery Manager.
Scope, Duties & responsibilities:
Sourcing:
- Addresses the requests and inquiries of the Resourcing Service Delivery Manager.
- Creates and updates job description and job postings to different job portals
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ skills and abilities
- Interview candidates using combined various methods (structured interview, technical assessment, behavioral questions)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to possible candidates
Recruitment:
- Ensures regular endorsement of candidates for review
- Facilitates the process and provide regular updates to the stakeholders (Resourcing Service Delivery Manager)
- Facilitates Client test
- Review, implement and manages recruitment tools and process.
Others:
- Develops effective sourcing channels to gain access to high skilled labor pools.
- Keep updated on Industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcing and recruitment.
- Performs other recruitment duties for internal requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years recruiting experience, with at least 1 year recruiting experience for software development
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge for sourcing techniques (i.e. social media)
- Bachelor/College Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Computer Information System or related field.
- Preferably can start ASAP

- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive projects
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detailed oriented, ability to solve problem
- Thrive in fast paced, high pressure, and challenging environment with a high sense of urgency without compromising details and quality
