Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university and at least three (3) to five (5) years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Has extensive knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.
  • Candidate must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business requirements to translate into a functional design
  • Candidate is responsible to look for business opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects
  • Has strong knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Willingness to understand diverse business of varying clients
Job Description
  • Responsible for gathering business requirements, evaluating procedures, and translating them to a technical solution to improve business efficiency and productivity.
  • Presenting business proposals for new IT solutions and designs.
  • Responsible for constructing workflows for business processes through Business Process Modeling Notation to capture system requirements.
  • Coordinating production with the involved programmers. Continuously working closely with the clients for questions and clarifications on business flows and processes.
  • Responsible for the preparation of Test Scripts, Test Scenarios, Test Data and other test asses for Quality Assurance Testing and User Access Training Phase. Providing User Access Training of the new system.
  • Create documentation for applications and any and all other duties/ functions as may be assigned by the Company from time to time
  • Create diagnostic and other reports
  • Responsible for conducting presentations to various users from the Business side and the IT side regarding the solution
  • Preparation of a comprehensive but highly visual functional specifications document (FSD) covering workups and process flows as well as Form Validation Documents (FBD) based on the requirements of the end-users.
  • Diligent in documentation of all discussion
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing expectations of the client with regards to the project
