Job Description
- Responsible for providing distinctive 2nd level of client service experience to clients.
- Monitoring and handling of issues and concerns with the core servers properly
- Effectively handle the resolution of customer issues.
- Acknowledge, evaluate and appropriately handle incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Apply job knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent
- Hardware:
- Strong technical skills and well versed in all common computer problems including e-mail client set-up, wireless networks, internet, viruses, LAN, and other related errors.
- Software
- Knowledgeable in
- Email/Web Hosting environment
- LINUX, UNIX and SQL is a plus
- Wordpress is a plus
- Knowledgeable in
- Customer Care
- Outstanding communication skills to relate with clients, team members and support workers
- Must be able to assist and handle client’s complaint properly
- At least 1-3 years of working experience is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in shifting schedule
