Job Description
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Assist the Training Manager in organizing various training activities related to the project.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain learning and development records of project participants.
- Ensure that proper and complete documentation is done for each training handled.
SPECIAL PROJECT
- Coordinate with the stakeholders and various affiliated agencies or companies for the completion of project activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, resolution of issues, and coordination with partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare the materials and equipment in the implementation of activities related to the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Human Resource Management, Organizational Communication, or Communication Arts.
- At least 1 year experience in Learning administration and operations.
- Skilled in MS Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Can communicate well with different stakeholders.
- Can work independently.
