Job Description
- Design using Cad and Photoshop or SketchUp.
- Detailed in his/her working drawings.
- Sell products or services.
- Present and negotiae with possible clients.
- Acquire new clients.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A least a Bachelor’s/ College degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or its equivalent.
- Skilled in 3d Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Cad, and SketchUp.
- Preferably with experience, specializing in Architecture/ Interior Design or its equivalent.
- Preferably with sales background.
- Proficient in CAD and Photoshop or SketchUp.
- Detailed in his/her working drawings.
- Selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly creative and good at space planning and design.
- Pleasing and charismatic personality.
