Job Description
The HR Generalist implements human resources programs by providing human resources services including the following:
- Talent acquisition
- Staffing
- Employment processing
- Compensation
- Health and welfare benefits
- Training and development
- Records management
- Safety and health
- Succession planning
- Employee relations and retention
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from top or exclusive schools.
- Three (3) years work experience as an HR Generalist, especially in Recruitment, Training and Development, and Employee Relations.
- Experienced in:
- End-to-end Recruitment.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Facilitation.
- Employee Relations.
- Can communicate effectively with differen levels of n organization.
- Able to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Facilitation.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work in Makati City area.
- Can start immediately.
