Job Description
- The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties.
- Working closely with the HR Supervisor in supporting the business.
- She/He carries out responsibilities in compensation & benefits administration, onboarding, and HRIS.
- She/He displays sensitivity to corporate needs, employee goodwill and business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in Industrial Engineering)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government benefits procedures
- Experience or willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
