The Civil Coordinator will be part of the In-House Project Management Team who will supervisor and coordinate all civil and structural-related activities for the construction of ongoing projects.
He/She will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be tasked to oversee structural works, coordinate with all design consultants and other trade Coordinators, review plans/specification and conducts QA/QC activities among others.
He/She will be working on a mid-rise project in Cainta, Rizal and will have free lodging near the project site.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a professional license in Civil Engineering;
- Acquired at least 5 years' relevant experience
- Experience in basement construction, bored piling and soil protection is a must
- Have experience in Quality Control, Engineering Project Management, Construction or Project execution
- Specialize in Engineering Management / Site Implementation
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office applications
