Job Description
- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing. Quarterly balance sheet expense variance analysis
- Managing AR and AP
- Consolidation, inter-company transcations and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
- Managed fixed asses, Balance sheet account reconciliation
- Creation of company Financial Statement every year.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the Finance Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Costing, Management, Financial Management, Taxation, Journalizing, Bookkeeping
- Knowledgeable on accounting softwares.
- Team player and with good interpersonal skills
- Sound judgement and effective leadership skills, including strong oral and written communication skill.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel, including supervisors and department staff and with third parties.
- Proven skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong problem solving & analyticals skills and ability to understand the "big picture", however maintaining attention to details.
- High integrity, confidence and maturity.
- Willing to work extended hours.
- Willing to work at Quezon City, Fairview area.
