Job Description

The ideal candidate will experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. He/She must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges support an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities

  • Writes error-free, eloquent emails and letters for various communications and announcements.
  • Answers and direct calls and emails of the president in a general nature. Provides and proactive management of the organization's office environment.
  • In charge of placing the order of customers making sure every detail is right and crucial.
  • In-change in reporting technical issues and concerns of purchased or ordered products to international partners/principals.
  • In charge of overall international communication on products and queries.
  • Make necessary follow-ups on acknowledgment, lead time of orders, the status of ordered products, payment to ordered equipment and confirmation of principals.
  • Attends to inquiries and complaints of Sales Personnel and Specialist.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with foreign suppliers and other office needs.
  • Manage land costing of projects ensure accurate such as analyzing cost preparing budget compare it to actual.
  • Making estimates of new and proposed product cost. Analyzing changes in price to determine the effect of cost.
  • In-charge of posting of International Purchase Order in accounting software.
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
  • Analyze and monitor internal processes.
  • Implement procedural policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Other tasks to be assigned by the President and Management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Communication, Costing., Reporting
  • Familiar with accounting procedure, formulas, practices, and software.
  • With experience handling international purchasing procedures and processes.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With experience in foreign communication and business transactions.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
  • With high emotional quotient
  • Must be detail-oriented, team player and result driven
  • Willing to be committed to the task given.
  • Willing to work extended hours.
  • Willing to work at Fairview, Quezon City Area
