Job Description
The position will be responsible for working with honestbee's customer to identify opportunities to improve business performance and processes. He/She will be responsible for advocating for customer experience within the company and driving improvement programs, including loyalty programs, social media review and handle customer insights/complaints.
The customer experience executive has to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organisation to achieve positive and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score). He/She will ensure a customer-centric approach in our customer engagement.
Providing a great customer experience is part of our mission. We want to provide great concierge service to all our customers, and we are calling out for like-minded individuals who believe that there are a lot more to customer experience than just prompt reply.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Able to perform work regular and graveyard shifts
- Have a passion in customer service
- Have experience in handling customer complaints via emails/live chat
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Extrovert, able to strike an instant conversation with anybody
- Great communication skills
- Strong work ethics
- High level of empathy, and resilience to a fast-paced work environment shall help you succeed in this position.
