Job Description
- Orders materials, supplies, equipment, and follows up on vendors on shipment and delivery.
- Creates Purchase Orders and manage PO corrections.
- Checks PO status, price and delivery date.
- Manages vendor creations/change requests.
- Provides recommendations, coordination and support for the purchase of goods and/ or services.
- Other clerical and administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- NON-SMOKER
- Bachelor's/College Degree (Graduate from Nutrition and Dietetics is an advantage)
- Experience in Regulatory work is an advantage.
- Proficient with MS Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented and must have excellent follow-up skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English and Filipino)
- Must be willing to work in Libis, QC.
- Must be willing to work for extended hours.
