Job Description
Healthy Options Group of Companies is looking for a Licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian to work as a Category Management Associate. She'll be directly supervised by the Category Managers of Healthy Options, under the Supply Chain division
She will be responsible for end-to-end category management including:
- Planning initiatives.
- Executing and overseeing category business strategies and plans.
- Supporting retail and providing solutions.
- Categorizing performance, measures, and incentives.
- Pricing, creating margins, and item mixing.
- Handling retail tools, processes, and SOPs.
- Supporting merchandising.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or any related field.
- RND is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in IT processes.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Able to show the following:
- Make decisions in critical situations.
- Passion for business and people.
- Collaborate with colleagues.
- Handle high levels of pressure.
- Ability to live the values of the Healthy Options, set directions, and deliver results.
