Accountant | Pasig  

Responsibilities:

• Verify, process, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Cash management and establishing a relationship with banks
• Analyze financial information and generate reliable accounting reports
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Provide technical support and advice to Managing Director
• Participate in financial standards-setting and in the forecast process
• Ensure implementation of and compliance with policies and procedures
• Lead the financial audit process
• Undertake month-end and year-end close process
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Prepare monthly reporting package for board review, liaise with other departments for input
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other regulatory compliance
• Monitor compliance with financial covenants of loan agreement/s.

Experienced accountant to oversee general accounting operations by processing, controlling and verifying financial transactions. The role will be reporting to a Managing Director.

Accountant responsibilities include processing of accounting transactions, reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Should be trustworthy, dependable and good self-management skills.
