Job Description
- Directs and supervise site warehouse operations providing safe, clean and respectful work environment within the warehousing unit, all personnel and visitors.
- Quality Management. Plan and supervise sampling of seeds for timely availability of quality results.
- Prepares Weekly Bagging Schedule. Coordinates with WH and Distribution Manager and Plant Manager on production timing and capacity. Works closely with Materials Coordinator on availability of operating supplies.
- Supervise a team to meet goals and targets in unloading, receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading and cycle count. Assist in developing metrics and track KPIs.
- Review daily inbound and outbound report, inbound and outbound throughput to plan and prioritize daily work schedule to meet delivery, productivity and cost targets.
- Review and maintain effective internal control over product flow. Ensure correct and complete documentation of inventory movement. Plans and assigns count and reconciliation duties ensuring completion on or before set deadline.
- Responsible for hiring into warehouse position when necessary; assigning and monitoring daily activities; creating accountability measures, evaluating performance, and coaching employees toward successful performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in warehousing, logistics and supply chain
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Must have good inter-personal relationship
- Can work in any levels of organization
- Amenable to work in Tarlac City
