Job Description
- Defines a plan to deliver process standardization across the PTP tower.
- Provides analysis on standardization opportunities within the process.
- Conducts current state assessments to identify gaps to the standard process model.
- Compares existing processes, and propose a roadmap strategy to drive the evolution of “AS IS” processes towards the final “TO BE” process model.
- Defines and facilitates continuous process improvement projects to deliver quality results within defined timelines and budget.
- Implements harmonized standards across the organization to enable efficiencies and effective controls.
- Identifies process interdependencies, as well as process to non-process interdependencies.
- Reviews process integration with other processes as well as design reviews with Business and IS teams.
- Handles Reporting/Information Management
- Leads the reporting strategy within the process area ensuring alignment to the Global KPI standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Develops additional metrics and KPIs to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Works through the MDM (Master Data Management) team to facilitate data conversion and clean up based on governance and guidance from the MDM team members.
- Processes Governance / Compliance requirements.
- Collaborates with Business Leads and RPO’s/GPO’s to understand End to End process requirements, and drive the resolution of any process gaps.
- Understands Global and Regional Business Process Drivers, Strategy, and Objectives.
- Unerstands process documentation and KPI metrics driving compliance.
- Understands LGS-M Governance Model.
- Collaborates effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize process goals and objectives.
- Handles documentation.
- Ensures all process documents are updated and relevant, additionally provide input into MSA’s.
- Develops/Updates training materials as required.
- Facilitates training workshops/session with process team to align with process changes.
- Handles Change Management
- Leads, supports, and facilitates process change management within LGS-M aligned with the Global Strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years work experience.
- Experience in Procure to Pay/Accounts Payable.
- Has experience working in a BPO set up.
- Supervisory level for the last 2 years.
- Willing to work night shift and in Alabang.
