Job Description
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about services and obtain details of complaints.
- Check to ensure that appropriate actions were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions as well as actions taken.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of investigation results
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any IT/HR-related course
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
- Good communication skills
- Business analysis skills
- Client management skills
- Required language(s): English
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
