Job Description
- Assist the Corporate Planning Officer by gathering all pertinent and relevant date required in undertaking an in-depth evaluation of the company's business performance, position, direction, and proposed investments.
- Facilitate or conduct economic and industry indicators that would aid the Corporate planning unit's calibrate plans and standards in its operation.
- Keeping fit in the business.
- This information include interest rates, exchange rates, price indices of materials, family income, and expenditure, etc.
- Keeping fit in the business.
- Update compilation in data bank on institutional regulations that bear on company's business including those of standards of development, fiscal policy, and regulations on property development and real estate.
- Study business performances, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and assess their potential impact to business operations.
- Prepare reports, power points, and other forms of presentation for use of the Corporate Planning Unit.
- Perform clerical works for the group including encoding of reports and appropriate filing of all documents of the unit in soft and hard copies.
- Make necessary arrangements and logistics in faciltating Corporate Planning meeting with other units in the company of other institutions.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Corporate Planning Supervisor, Officer, or the SVP.
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in a corporate setting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
