- Ensure filing of BIR forms such as 1601C, 1601E, Alphalist
- Maintain and update accounting records
- Assist the accountant for audits and preparations of financial statements
- Create, maintain customer records.
- Process invoices and credit notes.
- Responsible in recording payables in a timely manner and ensure the accuracy of invoice received from supplier.
- Upholds the corporate culture and core values and serve as its role models.
- Support all efforts in the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System.

Since its inception in 2002, Hartmann Crew Philippines (HCP) was formerly known as Associated Ship Management (ASM). For thirteen years it carried the name up until 2015 when it rebranded to become Hartmann Crew Philippines.
The change in name was an initiative to align the local company with its principal partner in Germany: Hartmann AG and to reaffirm its membership to the Hartmann Group . The new name has paved the way for the actions of HCP as it moves forward and progresses alongside a new era of shipping. There has been no change in management or in the values upheld by the company.
Hartmann Crew Philippines (HCP) is a POEA-licensed manning agency compliant to ISO 9000. It employs about 3,000 global maritime professionals on a fleet of about 190 vessels roving in active service to man its different vessel types including: oil tankers, gas tankers, chemical tankers, product tankers, container ships, multi-purpose vessels, and bulk carriers. Hartmann Crew Philippines is the sole crewing partner of Hartmann AG in the Philippines.
