Job Description
- champions and supervises systems provided for Sales Administration functions
- maintains sales admin database (SAP and IHS, and other related systems) by identifying and solving database requirements
- identifies sales admin database requirements by evaluating existing systems and newly designed proposed systems
- validates system information and ensures adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of sales data
- implements necessary adjustments in the systems as requested through an approved memo or Systems Change Request Form
- provides management with inventory and sales reports (individual projects and consolidated)
- collates and documents the policies and procedures of Sales Administration Division
- supports Sales Admin units in the daily use of data systems
- assists with reports and data extraction when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
