Job Description
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/externa clients
- Will work as a liason between the sales department and the President and General Manager
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Minimum Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other secretarial position
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multi taks and prioritize daily workload
- Some understanding with the functionality of Autocad would be helpful
