Job Description
- Write commission articles
- Working with cross-departmental members (e.g. writers, reporters, and photographers) ensures deadlines are met
- Write and edit pieces of writing
- Correction and check articles for accuracy
- Provide writing source projection suggestions and improvements for pieces of writing
- Choose supporting materials, such as drawings and illustrations
- Keep up with information and issues and advise on new ideas
- Able to use social media and apply SEO to attract the attention of articles to be created
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in communication or journalism
- Have work experience as assistant editor, minimum 2 years
- Have good writing and correction skills
- Can use MS Office, InDesign, etc.
- Familiar with SEO and social media platforms
- Have attention to detail
- Has good ability to give priority and multitasking
- Experience in regional issues
- Active social media users
- Able to work under pressure
- Solo domicile will be advantage
