Job Description
- Help build a distinct company voice and soul
- Liaise across departments to develop communication SOPs that empower driver operations
- Go hyperlocal! Understand the city deeply and organize communication efforts to drive Peer engagement
- Tap multiple communications channels and standardize the use of each channel according to effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Public Relations team to continuously build positive brand perception and trust
- Develop effective Peer communication and information dissemination strategies
- Oversee a smooth, successful local product rollout process by building proper communication materials and preparing communications channels, including blog, EDM, videos, and infographics
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in publishing, press, marketing, or public relations
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- At least 2 years experience in leading digital communications strategies strongly preferred (Mailchimp, Facebook, Google, Twitter)
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team
- With real-world examples of ideating and implementing initiatives that have directly contributed to business transformations
